1. Overview

The “Build The Arrow Guitar” campaign is an 11-week co-creation contest where participants vote on the specifications of a new Arrow guitar build.

Each week, a new specification element will be added to the campaign. Participants cast their vote via the official campaign landing page. At the conclusion of the campaign, participants who have completed all stages will be invited to answer a final question. Based on these responses, a jury will select one winner.

No purchase is necessary to participate.

2. How to Participate

To enter:

1. Visit the official campaign landing page.
2. Enter your name and email address.
3. Submit your vote for the current stage of the build.
4. Return weekly to vote on each new stage.

A total of 11 voting stages will take place.

Participants who join after the campaign has begun may take part in the current stage and subsequent stages. They may also be eligible for weekly rewards as described below.

To qualify for the prize draw, participants must complete all 11 voting stages using the same email address.

After completing all stages, eligible participants will receive a final question. Submission of an answer to this question is required to be considered for the main prize.

Only one entry per person (unique email address) is permitted.

3. Campaign Structure

Over the course of the campaign, participants will vote on specification elements including (but not limited to):

• Body style
• Bridge type
• Pickup configuration
• Finish type
• Colour
• Scratch plate
• Fretboard
• Headstock
• String type

The winning option each week will define the next stage of the build.

Arrow Guitars reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the final specification if required for manufacturing feasibility, safety, regulatory compliance, or component availability.

4. Prize Structure

Main Prize

One participant will be selected as the winner based on their answer to the final question. The winner will be chosen by a jury appointed by Arrow Guitars.

The evaluation will be based on creativity and suitability of the submitted answer.

The winner will be granted the right to purchase the final guitar, built according to the campaign results, for €1.

Production will begin within 30 days of winner confirmation. Estimated build time is 8+ weeks depending on manufacturing capacity.

Shipping, insurance, and any applicable taxes or customs duties required to deliver the guitar will be covered by Arrow Guitars.

The right to purchase the guitar for €1 is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.

Weekly Rewards

Participants who join after the first voting stage, or who take part in individual stages without completing all 11 stages, may be eligible to receive weekly surprise rewards (such as strings, accessories, or branded merchandise).

Each week, the weekly reward is awarded to the 10th participant who casts a valid vote in that stage. The order of votes is determined based on the timestamp recorded in the campaign system.

Weekly rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

5. Eligibility

• Open worldwide where permitted by local law
• Entrants must be 18 years or older
• Employees of Lauda Central Europe, Arrow Guitars, and affiliated partners are not eligible
• Completion of all 11 voting stages is required for eligibility

Arrow Guitars reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

• Use false or misleading information
• Create duplicate accounts
• Use automated entry methods
• Breach these Terms & Conditions

6. Timeline

7. Data & Privacy
