1. Organizer
This contest (“Contest”) is organized by Arrow Guitars in partnership with Elixir Strings (together, “Organizers”).

2. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to individuals of all ages.
• Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate. The Organizers may require proof of such consent before awarding a prize.
• Employees, agents, or representatives of the Organizers, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible.
• Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful under the laws of their country of residence. The Organizers reserve the right to void entries from countries where local laws prohibit entry.

3. Contest Period

• The Contest opens on the first day of Guitar Summit 2025 in Mannheim, Germany and closes at 11:59 PM CET on the Wednesday immediately following the final day of the event.
• Winners will be announced on that Wednesday.
• No entries will be accepted outside this period.

4. Prizes
There are four (4) prize packages:

• Prize 1 (Show Only): Arrow Telico Natural Electric Guitar + 6 sets of Elixir Strings + Guitar Strap + Arrow merchandise.
• Prize 2 (Show Only): Arrow Louisiana Natural Bass Guitar + 2 sets of Elixir Strings + Guitar Strap + Arrow merchandise.
• Prize 3 (Show Only): Arrow Gold Series Mahogany Auditorium Acoustic Guitar.
• Prize 4 (Online Only): Arrow Tonecaster Tobacco Burst Electric Guitar + 6 sets of Elixir Strings.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Organizers reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.

5. How to Enter

At Guitar Summit (Prizes 1–3):

• Visit the Arrow Guitars booth.
• Take at least one photo at the booth (this acts as proof of attendance).
• Like and follow both Arrow Guitars and Elixir Strings on Instagram or Facebook.
• Bonus entries: Post your booth photos on your Instagram or Facebook feed. Each unique post tagging @arrowguitars or @elixirstrings = 1 additional entry.

Online (Prize 4):

•  Like and follow both Arrow Guitars and Elixir Strings on Instagram or Facebook.
•  Comment or post telling us why you should win the Arrow Tonecaster Tobacco Burst guitar.
•  No booth photo is required for online entrants.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
• Winners will be announced on the Wednesday after the show.
• Winners will be notified via direct message to their Instagram or Facebook account used to enter.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the Organizers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
• Limit one (1) primary entry per person. Additional entries are only permitted via tagged booth photo posts (for Guitar Summit entrants).
• Where a winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian, who must accept the prize on their behalf.

7. Goodie Bags

• Every participant attending Guitar Summit who enters the Contest at the Arrow Guitars booth will be eligible to receive a free goodie bag, including a pack of Elixir Strings and other promotional items.
• Goodie bags are distributed on a first come, first served basis each day of the event.
• If supplies run out on Friday or Saturday, participants are encouraged to visit the booth early the following day to collect a bag while stocks last.
• Distribution of goodie bags is at the discretion of the Organizers and is separate from the prize draw.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that their name, social media handle, and submitted content (e.g., photos, posts, captions) may be used by the Organizers for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as required for prize fulfillment.

10. Limitations of Liability
The Organizers accept no responsibility for:

• Entries not received due to technical errors, internet issues, or platform downtime.
• Any taxes, duties, or customs charges related to receiving a prize.
• Any loss, damage, or injury caused by participating in the Contest or by use of the prizes or goodie bags.

11. General

•  The Organizers reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Contest if necessary.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
