Arrow Guitars Fall Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer
   The giveaway is organized by Arrow Guitars.

    

2. Eligibility
   Open to participants aged 18 or older. International entries are welcome unless restricted by local laws or shipping limitations.

    

3. Entry Period
   The giveaway begins on Thursday, 30th  October 2025 at 12:00 PM and ends on Thursday, 20th November 2025 at 12:00 PM . Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.

    

4. How to Enter
   – Like the giveaway post
   – Follow @ArrowGuitars on Instagram
   – Share the giveaway post to your story
   Bonus entry: Tag your friends in the comments (each tag counts as one bonus entry if a friend also follow Arrow Guitars profile).

    

5. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive one (1) Arrow Road Buddy acoustic guitar. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item.

    

6. Winner Selection & Notification
   The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 5 days after the giveaway ends.
   The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @ArrowGuitars account. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

    

7. Shipping
   The prize will be shipped free of charge. Customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the winner.

    

8. Data Privacy
   Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
